What we collect
We collect your name, company, email, phone, application scenario and optional inquiry description. We keep the consent record and privacy-notice version, and store an IP digest for rate limiting for a short period.
How we use it
We use these details for engineering conversations, proposal assessment and inquiry follow-up. Our hosting and email providers process relevant data to provide their services. We do not display customer inquiries on the public website.
Retention and corrections
Our default retention period for inquiries is 12 months, after which an administrator reviews them. Local backups remain for 14 days. Contact 1404459081@qq.com to request correction or deletion. We verify requests before processing; older backup copies expire under the backup retention schedule.
